After your comment is approved, your profile picture becomes publicly visible in the context of your comment.
Media
Registered users who upload images to the website should avoid uploading images that contain embedded EXIF GPS location data. Visitors can download images from the website and may view any location data stored in them.
Contact Forms
The main area where data is collected is the registration form for the annual BASIS Conference.
The data you submit (such as your name and contact details) is used solely for organizing the event.
Membership payments are processed via the secure payment platform of Rabobank (OmniKassa). As a result, BASIS does not have access to your banking information, and such data is not stored by us.
To contact members or former members in the future, contact details are kept for a minimum of three years.
